רכישת כרטיסים
אפשר לרכוש כרטיסים באתר האינטרנט המונגש שלנו בכתובת: https://www.ico.co.il
1. לאחר הרכישה תקבלו אישור הזמנה למייל שאיתו נרשמתם בעת הרכישה.
2. הכרטיסים יישלחו אליכם בהודעת SMS כ-24 שעות לפני מועד הקונצרט. יש להציגם בכניסה לאולם.
3. הכניסה לסדרת ״פנטזיה״, הקונצרטים לכל המשפחה, היא מגיל 3 ומעלה. כולם חייבים בכרטיס.
4. פרטים נוספים אפשר לקבל בשירות הלקוחות שלנו בטלפון 03-5188845, שלוחות 1 ו-2. 5. יש לנו הנחות לוועדי עובדים, למוסדות, לארגונים, לקבוצות ולמועדוני הטבה. אפשר ליצור קשר עם מנהלת השיווק במייל cmo@ico.co.il או עם מחלקת שירות הלקוחות בטלפון 03-5188845, שלוחות 1 ו-2.
6. ביום הקונצרט אפשר לרכוש כרטיסים באתר האינטרנט של התזמורת, או בקופה שבכניסה לאולם שעה לפני תחילת הקונצרט,על בסיס מקום פנוי.
7. אם אתם זקוקים למקום ישיבה נגיש, אנא ציינו זאת במעמד הרכישה.
8. עמלת ביטול כרטיס: 5% ממחיר העסקה.
9. נוער, חיילים, סטודנטים עד גיל 30 ועולים חדשים (עד שנתיים בארץ) מתבקשים להציג תעודה בתוקף בעת רכישת הכרטיס ובעת הכניסה לאולם כדי ליהנות מהנחה/הטבה על בסיס מקום פנוי. תקף בקונצרטי הערב בלבד (לא כולל סדרת ״פנטזיה״ של הקונצרטים לכל המשפחה) ובהתאם לפרסומים (ההטבה משתנה מעת לעת). התעדכנו באתר האינטרנט של התזמורת או בטלפון 03-5188845, שלוחות 1 ו-2.
מנויים
1. ברכישת מנוי או כרטיס לקונצרט אתם מאשרים להנהלת התזמורת לעשות שימוש לצורך פרסום ויחסי ציבור בתמונות ובסרטונים שיצולמו במהלך הקונצרט מטעמה.
2. בעת רכישת מנוי או כרטיס באתר האינטרנט, נא סמנו את התיבה לאישור קבלה במייל, ב-SMS ובוואטסאפ פרסומים, עדכונים ומידע הקשורים לתזמורת הקאמרית הישראלית תל-אביב-יפו.
3. מנויים ממשיכים: מקומותיכם הקבועים יישמרו לכם עד 1.8.25. לאחר תאריך זה תשחרר המערכת הממוחשבת באופן אוטומטי את מקומותיכם לרכישה לכלל הקהל.
4. מנויים חדשים: הטיפול בבקשותיכם ייעשה לפי תאריך קבלת טפסי הרישום במחלקת המנויים ולאחר שיבוץ המנויים הממשיכים. אנא התאזרו בסבלנות.
5. עונת המנויים 2025-2024 תסתיים ב-31.7.2025. רק עד מועד זה יתאפשר לממש כרטיסי מנוי שטרם נוצלו. לא תהיה אפשרות לממש אותם בעונת המנויים הבאה (2026-2025).
6. הנכם מוזמנים להשתבץ מראש לכל קונצרטי העונה הבאה בסדרה "העונה הקלאסית" (קונצרטי ערב) ובסדרה ״פנטזיה״ (קונצרטים לכל המשפחה), לפי מספר הקונצרטים שרכשתם במנוי. כל הקודם זוכה במקומות טובים יותר! הזכות לשינויים שמורה.
ביטולים ושינויים
1. ביטול כרטיס לקונצרט במסגרת מנוי יתאפשר עד 48 שעות לפני מועד הקונצרט, וזאת בהודעה בכתב בלבד למחלקת השירות באמצעות לשונית ״צור קשר״ באתר האינטרנט של התזמורת או במייל crm@ico.co.il. כרטיס חליפי למועד אחר בעונת המנויים הנוכחית (עד 31.7.25) יינתן על בסיס מקום פנוי בלבד ולא יהיה במיקום הקבוע. אין אפשרות להעביר כרטיסים שלא מומשו לעונה הבאה ואין אפשרות לקבל החזר כספי על כרטיסים שלא מומשו במהלך העונה.
2. אם לא הודעתם על ביטול הכרטיס עד 48 שעות לפני מועד הקונצרט, הכרטיס ייחשב כאילו נוצל.
3. ביטול כרטיס שאינו במסגרת המנוי יתקבל עד 72 שעות (3 ימי עסקים) לפני מועד הקונצרט, וזאת בהודעה בכתב בלבד למחלקת השירות באמצעות לשונית ״צור קשר״ באתר האינטרנט של התזמורת או במייל לכתובת crm@ico.co.il. ביטול כרטיסים שנרכשו בכרטיס אשראי יחויב בדמי ביטול בגובה של 5% מסכום העסקה.
כניסה לאולם הקונצרטים
1. בתזמורת הקאמרית הישראלית מתחילים בזמן! אנו ממליצים להגיע כחצי שעה לפני תחילת הקונצרט. כניסת מאחרים לאולם תתאפשר אך ורק בין היצירות בקונצרט, והם יופנו למקומות פנויים באולם. לא יינתן פיצוי בגין איחור לקונצרט.
2. על כל באי מוזיאון תל-אביב לעבור בכניסה בידוק בטחוני ולהישמע להוראות הסדרנים והמאבטחים.
3. הציגו את הכרטיס לסדרנית שבכניסה לאולם. על הכרטיס מוטבע ברקוד ייחודי שייסרק על ידי הסדרנית, ומקומותיכם יוצגו על גבי מסך הסורק.
4. לא תתאפשר כניסה לאולם עם אוכל ושתייה.
5. הכניסה לאולם עם נשק אסורה.
6. חל איסור מוחלט לצלם תמונות ו/או וידאו במהלך המופע ללא אישור מראש ובכתב מהנהלת התזמורת הקאמרית הישראלית.
7. אין להכניס עגלות ילדים לאולם. יש להשאירן במקום המיועד לכך מחוץ לדלת האולם (בצד שמאל).
8. יש לכבות או להשתיק מכשירים סלולריים בכניסה לאולם.
9. במוזיאון פועל מיזוג אוויר בכל ימות השנה. אנו ממליצים להצטייד בלבוש מתאים.
10. בית הקפה של המוזיאון עומד לשירותכם לפני תחילת הקונצרט ובזמן ההפסקה. התעדכנו באתר האינטרנט של המוזיאון. לתזמורת אין כל קשר עסקי או מסחרי איתם. בכל בקשה בנושא אנא פנו ישירות אל הנהלת המוזיאון.
11. חנייה בתשלום אפשרית ב"חניון גולדה מוזיאון תל-אביב".
נגישות ושירותים מיוחדים
אנו מייחסים חשיבות רבה להענקת שירות איכותי ושוויוני לכול, ועושים כל שביכולתנו כדי לאפשר גם ללקוחות עם מוגבלויות ליהנות מבילוי נעים באופן עצמאי, מכובד ושוויוני.
- המלווה אדם המתנייד על כיסא גלגלים יוכל להיכנס לאולם בלי תשלום.
- אם אתם זקוקים למקום נגיש באולם, אנא ציינו זאת בעת רכישת הכרטיס.
- מקומות מיוחדים שמורים לבעלי כיסאות גלגלים בשורה העליונה בכניסה לאולם. כרטיסים למקומות אלו יש לרכוש טלפונית בלבד.
- אתר האינטרנט של התזמורת www.ico.co.il מונגש לבעלי מוגבלויות.

Useful information and procedures
Tickets Purchasing
Tickets can be purchased on our accessible website: www.ico.co.il
1. After the purchase you will receive a confirmation note to the email you registered with at the time of purchase.
2. The tickets will be sent by SMS about 24 hours before the show/concert. Present them at the entrance to the concert hall.
3. Admission to the "Fantasia" series for the whole family is from the age of 3 and up. Everyone must have a ticket.
4. Additional details can be obtained from our customer service, Tel. 03-5188845, extensions 1 & 2.
5. We have discounts for employees organizations, institutions, groups and benefit clubs. Please contact the marketing manager, email: cmo@ico.co.il or the customer service department, Tel. 03-5188845, extensions 1 & 2.
6. On the day of the concert tickets can be purchased on our website or at the box office at the entrance to the concert hall one hour before the concert, subject to availability.
7. If you need an accessible seating area in the concert hall, please indicate this at the time of purchase.
8. Tickets cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price.
9. Youth, soldiers, students up to the age of 30 and new immigrants (up to two years in Israel) are asked to present a valid ID when purchasing the ticket and when entering the concert hall in order to benefit from a discount based on availability. Valid for evening concerts only (not including the "fantasia" series for the whole family) as published (the benefit changes from time to time). Keep up to date on the orchestra's website or on Tel. 03-5188845, extensions 1 & 2.
Subscriptions
1. By purchasing a subscription or a ticket to a concert you approve the use of photos and videos that will be taken during the concert by the orchestra's management for the purpose of advertising and public relations.
2. When purchasing a subscription or a ticket on the website, please mark the box indicating that you consent to receiving via email, SMS and WhatsApp any advertisements, updates and information related to the Israel Chamber Orchestra Tel-Aviv-Jaffa.
3. Continuing subscribers: your permanent seats will be kept for you until 1.8.25. After this date, the computerized system will automatically release your seats for purchase to the general public.
4. New subscribers: Your requests will be processed according to the date the registratio forms have arrived to the subscription department and after the placement of the continuing subscribers. Please be patient.
5. The 2024-2025 subscription season will end on 31.7.25. Unused subscription tickets can be redeemed only until that date. They can not be for the next season (2025-2026).
6. You are invited to sign up in advance for next season’s concerts in the "Classical Season" series (evening concerts) and the "Fantasia" series for the whole family according to the number of concerts you purchased in the subscription. First come first served in better seats! The right for changes is reserved.
Cancellations and changes
1. Cancellation of a subscription ticket will be possible up to 48 hours before the concert date by a written message only. Please write to the service department via the "Contact" tab on the orchestra's website or by email to crm@ico.co.il. A replacement ticket for a different date during the current subscription season (until 31.7.25) will be subject to availability and will not be for the same seat. It is not possible to transfer unused tickets to the next season. There is no refund for unused tickets.
2. If you haven't notified your wish to cancel the ticket up to 48 hours before the concert date, the ticket will be considered as having been used.
3. Cancellation of a ticket that is not part of a subscription will be accepted up to 72 hours (3 business days) before the date of the concert by a written message only, to the service department via the "Contact" tab on the orchestra's website or by email to crm@ico.co.il. Cancellation of tickets purchased with a credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount.
Entering the Concert Hall
1. At the Israel Chamber Orchestra we start our concerts on time! We recommend that you arrive about half an hour earlier. Latecomers will be allowed into the concert hall only between the concert pieces, and will be directed to free seats. No compensation will be given for being late to the concert.
2. All visitors to the Tel-Aviv Museum must go through a security check at the entrance and obey the instructions of the ushers and the security guards.
3. Present your ticket to the usher at the entrance to the concert hall. A unique barcode is printed on the ticket, which will be scanned by the usher, and your seats will be displayed on the scanner screen.
4. Food and drinks are not allowed into the concert hall.
5. The entrance to the concert hall with weapons is prohibited.
6. It is absolutely forbidden to take photos and/or video footage during the performance without prior written permission from the management of the Israel Chamber Orchestra.
7. Baby strollers are not allowed into the hall. They must be left in the designated area outside the door of the hall (on the left side).
8. Cell phones must be turned off or silenced upon entering the concert hall.
9. The museum is air conditioned all year round. We recommend that you bring appropriate clothing.
10. The museum's coffee shop is at your service before the start of the concert and during the intermission. Be updated on the museum's website. The orchestra has no business or commercial relationships with them. For any request on the matter please contact the museum management directly.
11. Paid parking is available at the "Golda Museum Tel Aviv” parking lot.
Accessibility and Special Services
We attach great importance to providing equal quality service to all, and we try to do everything in our power to enable customers with disabilities to enjoy a pleasant, independent, dignified and equal entertainment experience.
- The person accompanying a listener in a wheelchair can enter the concert hall free of charge.
- If you need an accessible seat in the concert hall please indicate this at the time of purchasing the ticket.
- Special seats are reserved for wheelchair users in the top row at the entrance to the concert hall. Tickets for these seats must be purchased by phone only.
- The orchestra's website www.ico.co.il is accessible to people with disabilities.
Accessibility at the Tel-Aviv Museum includes:
- Bathroom suited for the disabled
- Accessible position at the museum box office for wheelchair users
- Accessible position in the coffee shop
- Accessible entrance to the concert halls
- Warning surfaces before the staircase
